1. Services Eligible for Refund

Software Development: If you are dissatisfied with our software development services, you may be eligible for a refund. To qualify, you must demonstrate that the delivered product significantly deviates from the agreed-upon requirements or fails to meet the promised functionality.

Hosting Services: If you experience prolonged and unresolved downtime issues with our hosting services, you may be eligible for a refund for the affected period. This excludes scheduled maintenance and instances where the downtime is caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters or third-party service disruptions.

Consulting Services: Refunds for consulting services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering factors such as the quality of service provided and the extent to which the client’s objectives were met.

2. Refund Request Process

– To initiate a refund request, you must contact our customer support team within 7 days of the service delivery date or the occurrence of the issue.

– You will be required to provide detailed information about the problem and any supporting evidence to demonstrate the failure of our service to meet the agreed-upon requirements or standards.

– Our team will assess your request and communicate the decision within 14 business days.

3. Refund Options

– If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Services Eligible for Cancellation

Maintenance and Support Contracts: If you wish to cancel an ongoing maintenance and support contract, you must notify us in writing at least 30 days before the desired cancellation date. Any pre-paid fees for the remaining period will be prorated and refunded.

Subscription-based Services: Subscription-based services can be canceled at any time. However, please note that canceling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the services until the end of the billing cycle.

2. Cancellation Process

– To cancel a service, please contact our customer support team and provide the necessary details, including your account information and the service you wish to cancel.

– We will process your cancellation request and confirm the effective cancellation date.

It does not cover third-party products or services that may be integrated into our solutions. In such cases, you are encouraged to review the respective refund and cancellation policies of the involved third parties.
